After your payment has confirmed by one of our staff, We will give you the PICKUP PIN so you can book your courier of choice for Metro Manila. For LBC PICK UP / LBC DOOR TO DOOR, we will provide you with the tracking numbers that you can use to track your orders


Corporate Courier: LBC EXPRESS

METRO MANILA SHIPPING FEE : 140 via LBC

PROVINCIAL MANILA SHIPPING FEE : 190 via LBC

GRAB: The costumer will pay for the delivery fee.

AFTER PAYMENT

After our Confirmation and payment, we will give you the 'PICK UP PIN' for Grab/Lalamove/Mr. Speedy so you can book your courier the next day. Please note that. CUSTOMER WILL PAY THE DELIVERY FEE for METRO MANILA AREA.  While for the Provincial area, after your payment, we will give you the tracking numbers for LBC Door to Door and LBC Pick up via email using our website.

 

 

CASH ON DELIVERY

For now, we are not accepting CASH ON DELIVERY AS A MODE OF PAYMENT.

 

 

 

THIRD PARTY COURIER

 

After your chosen courier was able to get your order/s from us. The customer is the one responsible in tracking their order/s. 


We are not liable in any damage or lost made by the third party courier.

 

FOR RETURN AND EXCHANGE

 

We will allow return items as long as you will send/ship back the items to me, with all the packaging. You will need to cover for both shipping, after that I can exchange the item to any of your choice but NO REFUND will be allowed

NOTE: We will only ACCEPT Returned Items in their original retail packaging. SEALED AND NOT OPENED!

 

REFUND

We are okay with refunds, as long as the main reasons are:

The item/s did not arrive

The item/s delayed for about a month


We do not refund for the sake of the 'customer is not satisfied or change mind.' Once your item/s already dispatch. We cannot get back or refund it.
