BY proceeding/submitting your order, you confirmed and agreed with all our shop's terms, notes, and policies.

SELLER'S NOTE

Hi! Please read everything on this note before you order.

  • I will be available to check emails for payment every day from 4 pm to 12midnight; only those who made payment before noon will be included in that day's order.

  • Please, when you email SS of payment, please make SUBJECT: your ORDER NUMBER ex. 25000 

  • Shipping/Branch Drop off will be from 1 pm to 4 pm DAILY.

  • Please do not send multiple emails.

  • Please state that in your email when you send me the SS of your payment for rush orders.

  • Only send your payment SS to the designated email address the order confirmation page will give you.

  • If, after 24 hrs you did not receive any response from me, you can email me on my account; bernswade@gmail.com.

  • Strictly NO CANCELLATION of order/s once you are given an order number. We are paying our website provider with some stats that do not play around with it.

  • We are open to returns/refunds.

  • For refund, these are only applicable if you did not receive your order after a month. We do not refund the unsatisfied customer. 

  • For return, we are okay, but it depends on the item you will return. Each item has its own return time allowed—no return for personalized items. The buyer will shoulder shipping of both return and replace things. The product should be shipped together with its complete original packaging. We will book the pickup of items using LBC or GOGOexpress from the buyer. You will pay the shipping fee; the cost depends on the location. Please, give the payment to the rider. We will also ship the new replacement item to you, and you will pay the SF fee to the rider as well.

UNLAWFUL ACT/ THREATS / HARASSMENT

  • ALL ABOUT CASES has the right to refuse orders and refunds customers for any reasons beyond the brand's control, such as but not limited to, force majeure, internal problems, and other unforeseen circumstances.

  • We do not condone any form of harassment, attacks, threats, bullying, and similar acts. Non-compliance shall be dealt with accordingly.

 

SHIPPING / DELIVERY

 

Order(s) will be ship after payment. 

 

When your payment is confirmed, please give us time to do the following.

 

FOR ON HAND ITEMS: 

 

Please give us 1 to 3 days to pack and ship your order via the courier you choose.

 

Shipping Fee is DEPENDS AT THE RATE OF LBC Express OR GOGO EXPRESS THEY will deliver orders.

 

RUSH ORDERS ARE POSSIBLE, NEXT DAY DELIVERY.

You will also receive your tracking number via email. Please remember we do not have Shipping every SAT and SUN. PAYMENT CUT OFF TIME every 12 NOON

 

DELIVERY LEAD TIME

MM = 1 to 3 days, once tracking number is available.

PROV = 1 to 10 days, depends on the location.

 

FOR PERSONALIZED ITEMS (LEATHER AND CLEAR CASES)

 

Please give us 10 days to make the items, and we are using new technology in making the personalized items. We are using imported vinyl and machines to ensure that the quality is at its highest. Add 1 to 2 days shipping. THE MAXIMUM LEAD WAITING TIME IS 15 DAYS. We will send the outcome of your order via Viber or Whatsapp. 

DELIVERY LEAD TIME 

MM = 15 days

PROV = 20 days 

 

 

FOR IMPORTED ITEMS 

 

Once you sent your payment to the designated email address, Berns will give you access to another Email and Viber number where we will be in touch from time to time. 

 

Usually, for Imported items, our goal is to make them arrive in 15 to 30 days.

 

DELIVERY LEAD TIME

MM = 15 to 35 days

PROV = 15 to 35 days

THIRD-PARTY COURIER

  • The Customer is responsible for tracking their order/s. 

  • We are not liable for any damage or loss made by the third-party courier.

 

IMPORTATION

 

Delays on Importation due to Force Majure or Customs Clearance are not in our control. please give us 15 to 30 days to fix the customs declaration if necessary.

 

PROOF OF PAYMENT

 

Please only send the proof of payment to the designated Email account instructed by the website. 

 

PAYMENT:

 

ONLINE BANKING, BANK DEPOSIT, GCASH, AND PAYPAL​ (CREDIT CARD)

 

We prefer to use BPI and PNB for online transactions because they are always real-time.

 

REFUND/ RETURN AND EXCHANGE

We are okay with refunds, as long as the main reasons are:

  • The item/s did not arrive.

  • The item/s delayed for about a month (this is to give us time to exhaust follow-ups with our third-party courier or people in charge of your order.) 

 

The Customer will cover the Shipping of items going back and forth.

 

NOTE: We will only ACCEPT Returned Items in their original retail packaging. SEALED AND NOT OPENED!

 

CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS IS POSSIBLE THROUGH PAYPAL

For now, we are not accepting CASH ON DELIVERY AS A MODE OF PAYMENT.
